Terms of service.

1. Full Payment is REQUIRED in order to reserve your picnic time.

2.   Refunds are only available 72 hours prior to the booking.  Refunds will only include the package amount, the tax and service fee of 25% is non-refundable.  

3. For any parties of 10 or more requesting a cancellation, there is a 50% non refundable fee.

4. If there is a need for a cancellation within less than 72 hours of your original booking, you can either re-schedule your picnic by emailing us at tahoeelevatedpicnics.com or accept the 50% fee.

5.   All customers must stay with the provided picnic setup till the end of your reservation time.  If you need to leave your picnic for any reason please contact us prior to leaving.  Any stolen items will be at your responsibility.
